A: I first picked up a camera seriously when I was a teenager (35mm film days), and I fell in love with documenting moments and life's story as I traveled around with my family. But it wasn't until I made a complete career change to follow my passion, that I took it on as a full-time career. So, we're talking 8+ years now as a profession. Man, now I feel old. Haha!

A: I've photographed over 150 weddings as the lead photographer, and I've had over 1,000 portrait sessions. And since there's only 52 weekends in a year, my weekends have been basically filled with love stories and late-night celebrations ever since I became a photographer 8+ years ago!

A: I include a second photographer in my main experience package. I have found that a second photographer adds sooo much to your wedding day. While I'm focused on portraits of you two with your parents, the flower girl can be over my shoulder being cute, My second photographers have their eyes peeled for special candids through-out the day.  They help really capture the full story of your wedding day. 

B: If budget becomes a concern, this would be the first part of your package I would remove, as it is not a need, but just really adds to the experience overall. 

A: That totally depends on your needs. You can use the photos for your save-the-dates, invitations, website registries, guest books, framed prints for your guest table, bar, and your house... and of course Facebook & Instagram! Plus, it's a way for you to get a little practice in front of the camera before your big day and it gives us an opportunity to get to know each other. :) Personally, I highly recommend it. And heck, it's also a really great way to add to your experience as an engaged couple. Make the most of it! 

A: This might start getting a bit technical, but I personally use a Sony a7IV and Sony A7iii  and have a full kit of lenses. I lean heavily on my 50mm and 85mm prime lenses, that beautiful BOKEH. Both are literally on me at all times throughout your wedding day to minimize changing lenses, switching memory cards, or changing batteries. Every moment matters - and this is where the 8+ years of experience really kicks in.

I also have a robust flash and lighting system, and years of experience lighting any situation. You can feel confident that I will always get the shot and make sure you images look beautiful.

A: Totally! But I want you feeling 1,000% comfortable and excited about the quality of your photographs before placing orders on those. That way, you only order exactly what you want, when you want, and when you know with confidence that they are going to look amazing on your walls and in your fine art heirloom albums. And all of this is done & ordered right through your online gallery! 

A: Yes, I do! Traditional payments are $600 due at the time of booking (within a week) and the final amount is due 5 days prior to your wedding day. But, if you wanted to do the payment plan, I can stretch it into equal 1/3's or 1/4's if that works best for you. Just let me know what you prefer, and I will make it happen. It's that easy.

In the super unlikely event that I am too ill, injured, or there's some other emergency, I have a list of colleagues that we can call on to replace me that have similar styles of photography & editing. That said, in the 10+ years I've been doing this full-time, I have never even been 60 seconds late. You're in good hands. I promise.
